Splash Lab Bay Area was founded by Stephen Giles, Chris McSwain, and Alex Sarrett in 2020 during the heart of the global pandemic. Combined, these three guys have over 40 years of basketball coaching experience. They love the game of basketball and are passionate about working with kids who want to improve and better their basketball skills and IQ.

Chris is a Del Mar High School Alum who played four years of college football and founded the AAU program Top Flight Elite. He is currently coaching the Varsity Girls basketball team at Valley Christian High School in San Jose. When he's not focusing on basketball you can find him spending time with his wife and two children!

Stephen is also a Del Mar High School alum. He's coached at numerous high schools in the Bay Area and serves as the Chief Operating Officer for Top Flight Elite. Stephen currently coaches the JV Boys basketball team at Willow Glen High School in San Jose. When Stephen isn't in the gym he's looking forward to welcoming his first child with his wife in the spring of 2021!

Alex is a Leigh High School Alum and Top Flight Elite Vice President. He is currently the top assistant coach for Bellarmine High School Prepatory in San Jose. When Alex has some downtime he also enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter!
